Jonathan Seychell.
39, born and based in Malta. Personal trainer for 7 years. Athlete for 21. The coaching I deliver is everything I've tested on myself — across physique, CrossFit, boxing and Hyrox.

My Story
Two decades on the floor. Seven years in your corner.
I've been training for over half my life. What started as a teenager wanting to get stronger turned into competing on stage, in the box, in the ring and on the Hyrox floor.
I spent 8 years in IFBB Physique competition, 5 in CrossFit, time in boxing and I'm now competing in Hyrox. Each one taught me something the next couldn't — how to build muscle and control conditioning, how to train explosively, how to fight through fatigue, how to peak on a date.
For the last 7 years I've been coaching others. The Vortex method takes everything I've learned and packages it into something simple: a real plan, real accountability and a system that actually works for normal people with jobs and lives.
Now I'm bringing it all together — the coaching app, the private gym opening in Malta, and 1-on-1 work for people who want it done properly.

Started training at 18 — never stopped. Two decades of putting in the work before coaching anyone else.
IFBB Physique
Competed in IFBB Men's Physique — learning what it really takes to control a body, peak on a date and step on stage.
CrossFit
Crossed over into CrossFit — high-intensity work capacity, gymnastic strength and the discipline of mixed-modal training.
Boxing
Time in the ring sharpened conditioning, speed and the mental side of training under pressure.
Hyrox
Currently competing in Hyrox — endurance, strength and grit fused into one of the toughest formats in fitness.
